KEJADIAN AFASIA PADA STROKE FASE AKUT DAN PERUBAHAN SINDROM AFASIA PASCASTROKE
Vania Angeline Bachtiar,* Paulus Anam Ong,** Sobaryati,** Uni Gamayani** Lisda Amalia,** Siti Aminah**
Introduction: Aphasia is a barrier for the rehabilitation of patients with stroke. The examination of aphasia is not only for diagnostic purpose, but also for the patient remaining language proficiency information and for comprehensive stroke treatment.
PENGARUH REPETITIVE TRANSCRANIAL MAGNETIC STIMULATION (r-TMS) TERHADAP INTENSITAS NYERI PENDERITA CENTRAL POST-STROKE PAIN (CPSP)
Dody Perdana Goenadhi,* Jumraini Tammasse,* David Gunawan*
Introduction: About 2,7% patients have experienced central post-stroke pain (CPSP) after stroke attack. Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (r-TMS) is a nonpharmacological method to overcome CPSP.
PERBANDINGAN DOSIS PIRIDOSTIGMIN, PERFORMA FUNGSIONAL, DAN DERAJAT KLINIS PASIEN MIASTENIA GRAVIS SEBELUM DAN SETELAH TIMEKTOMI
Christianty Sugiarto,* Sobaryati,* Henny Anggraini Sadeli,* Tri Wahyu Murni**
Introduction: Myasthenia gravis (MG) is highly associated with thymic abnormalities. Most cases, show decreasing dosage of drugs and improving of clinical symptoms after thymectomy. However, in Indonesia, there are only limited number of studies have evaluated it.
PENGARUH EKSTRAK CHANNA STRIATUS TERHADAP KADAR DHA SERUM DAN NIHSS PASIEN STROKE ISKEMIK AKUT
Kundha Deyanningtyas,* Retnaningsih,** Amin Husni**
Introduction: The level of docosahexanoic acid (DHA) is associated with clinical outcome in acute ischemic stroke (AIS). Channa striatus/snakehead fish has a neuroprotective function due to its DHA content.
FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN RISIKO TINGGI OBSTRUCTIVE SLEEP APNEA PADA PASIEN FIBRILASI ATRIUM
Nushrotul Lailiyya,* Sobaryati,* Novia Aiko,* Chaerul Achmad**
Introduction: Atrial fibrillation (AF) is the most frequent cardiac arrhythmia in the world and associated with high morbidity and mortality. Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is strongly associated with AF and its prevalence is 32%-62%. Obstructive sleep apnea screening and its reduction are one approach to reduce the risk of and increasing the treatment effectiveness of AF.
PENGARUH KADAR INTERLEUKIN-6 DAN NEURON SPECIFIC ENOLASE TERHADAP LUARAN STROKE ISKEMIK AKUT
Al Rasyid,* Salim Harris,* Muhammad Kurniawan,* Taufik Mesiano,* Rakhmad Hidayat*
Introduction: Brain blood flow disruption in ischemic stroke will trigger cells damage cascade and caused infarction. Interleukin-6 (IL-6) and neuron specific enolase (NSE) are brain cells damage marker that can be markers of acute ischemic stroke outcome.
HUBUNGAN KADAR VITAMIN D SERUM DENGAN KUALITAS HIDUP PADA PASIEN EPILEPSI
Edith Fitriyana Girsang,* Aris Catur Bintoro,* Dwi Pudjonarko*
Introduction: Epilepsy affects overall health status and decreases the life quality of epilepsy patient. Seizure frequency, seizure type, daily activity disorder, depression and anxiety also affect the quality of life epilepsy patient. Vitamin D is considered as a neurosteroid modulator of nerve excitability and seizure susceptibility. Studies of vitamin D direct role in epilepsy are limited. Nevertheless, some studies show the role of vitamin D as an anticonvulsant that reduces the incidence of seizures.
HUBUNGAN ANTARA NEUROLOGICAL SOFT SIGN DENGAN INTELLIGENCE QUOTIENT PADA ANAK USIA 8-9 TAHUN
Lani Satiyani,* Siti Aminah,* Paulus Anam Ong*
Introduction: Neurological soft signs (NSS) are common findings in developing children and tend to disappear as the child grows up. Their persistence into later years correlate with motor and cognitive development disturbance.
KADAR FIBRINOGEN SEBAGAI FAKTOR PROGNOSTIK PASIEN PERDARAHAN INTRASEREBRAL SPONTAN
David Tandian,* Muhammad Harisyah,* Hanif Gordang Tobing,* Samsul Ashari,* Renindra Ananda Aman,* Syaiful Ichwan,* Mohamad Saekhu,* Wismaji Sadewo,* Affan Priyambodo,* Setyo Widi Nugroho*
Introduction: Spontaneous intracerebral haemorrhage (SIH) refers as spontaneous bleeding in the brain paren- chyma due to injury of blood vessels. Thus causing tissue inflammatory and coagulation reaction, activating the release of fibrinogen. Fibrinogen, an active substrate of coagulation cascade, also considered as the most powerful indicator of acute inflammatory response in SIH. Elevated levels of fibrinogen may be the marker for the increasing degree of brain tissue damage.
INTENSITAS MIELUM PADA GAMBARAN MRI SERVIKAL SEBAGAI FAKTOR PROGNOSTIK LUARAN CERVICAL SPONDYLOSIS MYELOPATHY PASCAOPERASI
Mohamad Saekhu,* Jeremia Prastya Pardede,* Renindra Ananda Aman,* Hanif Gordang Tobing, Samsul Ashari,* David Tandian,* Syaiful Ichwan,* Wismaji sadewo,* Affan Priyambodo,* Setyo Widi Nugroho*
Introduction: Cervical spondylosis myelopathy (CSM) is a stenosis condition in cervical canal due to the cervical structural changes that compress the myelum, thus causing spinal medulla ischemia. Other than clinical factors, myelum intensity changes on MRI T1-weighted images (T1W1) and T2W1 might be useful to predict the pos-operative outcome.
