HUBUNGAN KADAR D-DIMER DENGAN AWITAN GEJALA DAN LAMA PERAWATAN PADA PENDERITA CEREBRAL VENOUS SINUS THROMBOSIS DI RSUP DR HASAN SADIKIN BANDUNG
Lisda Amalia,* Adnin Nugroho*
Introduction:Cerebral venous sinus thrombosis (CVST) is one of a cerebrovascular disease with a diverse and elusive clinical presentation. Diagnosis is often challenging due to limitation in diagnostic tools. Coagulation disorder is one of the risk factor for CVST that can be seen from D-dimer level which tends to increase in CVST patients.
ABNORMALITAS INTERPRETASI ELEKTROKARDIOGRAM MENURUT GAMBARAN NEUROIMAGING PADA STROKE HEMORAGIK
Dedi Sutia* Syarif Indra* Hendra Permana* Andi Fadilah Yusran Putri,* Ribka Ankashima Sembiring*
Intoduction: Stroke is the third leading cause of death in the world (about 30% of cases of stroke are hemorrhagic). Cardiovascular disease has correlation to stroke, as risk factor and complication leading to mortality.
PERBEDAAN SENAM OTAK DAN SENAM POCO-POCO MENINGKATKAN FUNGSI EKSEKUTIF LANSIA: STUDI EKSPERIMENTAL DI PUSAT SANTUNAN KELUARGA
Yuliana Yosephine,* Rr Josephine Retno Widayanti,* Yuda Turana*
Introduction: The elderly have the risk of experiencing executive dysfunction due to structural and functional changes in neurons and synapses in the prefrontal cortex associated with aging. The brain gym and Poco-poco gymnastics can maintain and improve executive function so that productivity and quality of life of the elderly remain optimal.
FAKTOR YANG MEMENGARUHI KEJADIAN EPILEPSI PASCASTROKE DI RSUP DR HASAN SADIKIN
Indra Gunawan Affandi,* Suryani Gunadharma,* Anam Ong*
Introduction: Stroke is the most commonly identified cause of epilepsy in adult. Stroke patients with cortical involvement, hemorrhagic stroke, severe neurological deficits, and old age are factors which influence the incidence of poststroke epilepsy.
PERBEDAAN GANGGUAN KOGNITIF SUBJEK STROKE ISKEMIK BERDASARKAN SISI HEMIPARESIS
Gabriella,* Budi Riyanto Wreksoatmodjo,** Andre**
Introduction: Cognitive impairment in stroke has a significant impact on the quality of life and is different from the location of the lesion. Patients with a lesion in the left cerebral hemisphere tend to have cognitive impairment and dementia.
PAPARAN ORGANOFOSFAT KRONIK SEBAGAI FAKTOR RISIKO GANGGUAN KOGNITIF BERDASARKAN KADAR PHOSPHORYLATED TAU SERUM
Ni Luh Putu Dirasandhi Semedi Putri,* Anak Agung Ayu Putri Laksmidewi,* I Made Oka Adnyana*
Introduction: Chronic organophosphate exposure is predicted related to decreased of neurocognitive function, but the mechanism is still unclear. One possible mechanism is abnormal tau protein metabolism as measured in the serum.
INTERAKSI HORMON DAN EPILEPSI
Ahmad Sulaiman Alwahdy,* Astri Budikayanti,* Fitri Octaviana,* Donny Hamid**
ABSTRACT Hormones are signaling chemical molecules between cells that circulated in blood within the human body and play important roles for human being. Unfortunately, not all their functions are known, especially in epilepsy. Studies reported interactions between hormones and epilepsy, also with antiepileptic drugs (AEDs).
STROKE ISKEMIK DENGAN MANIFESTASI DIZZINESS/VERTIGO TERISOLASI
Diyan Anita Sari,* Sri Sutarni,* Ismail Setyopranoto*
ABSTRACT Dizziness/vertigo, unstable walking or loss of balance are symptoms in about 50% of stroke cases. However, only about 20% are accompanied by focal neurological signs. In the last decade, there is increasing evidence that vertigo can be the only ischemic symptom of posterior circulation stroke without a focal sign. The purpose of this systematic review is to examine the literature on ischemic stroke with the manifestation of isolated dizziness/vertigo.
HEMICHOREA/HEMIBALISMUS DENGAN HIPERGLIKEMIA NONKETOTIK PADA STROKE ISKEMIK AKUT
Safridawati,* Hidayaturrahmi,*Natasya Wanda,* Nova Dian Lestari,* Syahrul*
ABSTRACT Hemichorea/hemiballism (HCHB) associated with nonketotic hyperglycemia in acute ischemic stroke is a well-recognized syndrome characterized by the sudden occurrence of hemichorea or more severe expression like hemiballism. The hyperkinetic movements involve the face, arm, or leg. HCHB in acute ischemic stroke is a movement disorder that is rarely reported with hyperkinetic movement.
PENYAKIT CHARCOT MARIE TOOTH ONSET LANJUT
Kenny Merryn,* Jimmi Sabirin,* Octaviani*
ABSTRACT Charcot Marie Tooth’s disease (CMT) is a hereditary sensoric motoric polineuropathy. Late onset CMT are rare reported in Indonesia. A woman 48 years old has numbness in her both arm and leg gradually since 5 years ago, followed by deformities and weakness.
